Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wealth OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping login credentials confidential, and ensuring your account information is accurate.
Subscriptions
Wealth OS offers Free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available while your subscription is active or while a valid trial applies.
Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless required otherwise by law.
Refund Policy
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, and design elements are owned by Freedom Before 50 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No Financial Advice
Wealth OS provides educational tools and information only. It does not provide personal financial advice, taxation advice, or investment recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Before 50 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
